SERVICE AGREEMENT

The following are the terms and conditions, as agreed upon (Company Name) and M/s Achievers consultants towards placement services.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

The scope of services will include the following

• Communicating the job profile to the candidate.

• Co-coordinating with both the candidate and the concerned representative of the company for scheduling the interviews

• Conducting the Antecedent Reference check (as per format provided) for short listed candidates for interviews.

• To provide and fulfill as per the expectations of the candidates.

PROFESSIONAL FEE:

General Recruitments

• Our Professional fees shall be as detailed below :

✔ For all the positions (PAN India) 8.33% of the annual CTC

• Note: These terms are subject to negotiation, in consideration to the volume of business.

GST will be charged extra as applicable & levied by the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India shall be billed additionally on the total professional fee payable.

OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES::

Expenses incurred by the consultant in arranging the candidates’ interviews, viz.., STD/ISD/Fax/Courier etc. would be borne by the consultant.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

We offer replacement guarantee at no extra cost (professional fee) if a candidate recruited through ACHIEVERS, leaves your Organization within a period of three months (90 calendar days) from the date of joining or if the selected candidate resign/abscond during the period.

However the Replacement Guarantee will not be applicable in the event if a candidate provided by ACHIEVERS CONSULTANTS been removed by the organization for whatever may be the reason.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

ACHIEVERS will submit the bill after 15 days from the date of joining of a selected candidate and we expect our client organization would release the 100% of the total proffesional fees payable within one month (30 Days) of the joining of the candidate.

QUALITY STANDARDS :

We require the consultant to understand the requirement in terms of the skill sets demanded by the company across various functions accurately and send only quality resumes, which would match the company’s requirements. The resumes should go through a proper channel of scrutiny, where competent professionals do the screening of the candidates.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

All position related information such as job description; compensation etc, from the company will have to be treated with total confidentiality by the consultant. Similarly the Company or its authorized representatives shall not divulge the terms and conditions to any other consultants.

VALIDITY OF TERMS:

The above terms are valid till further notice and are subject to change from time to time. Any revision done will be communicated to the consultant by the company in writing.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

It is specifically agreed that, in case, if any dispute and claim arising under this agreement, every effort will be made to resolve the same through joint discussions with the concerned parties. If however, the parties do not come to a mutual understanding, the same shall be referred to arbitration at the request of either party. Company shall nominate the arbitrator and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the partied concerned.
